Definitions

The term “Service” is used to identify the PanMenu website and applications, available at the following top level domains: panmenu.com and panmenu.app

The term “User” is used to identify the physical person who uses the Service.

The term “Restaurant” is used to identify the legal person such as a restaurant, a shop, etc. that uses the Service.

“You”, “Your” refer to either the User or the Restaurant.

In order to use the Service, a Restaurant must create an account and provide the following (usually public) data: restaurant’s name, address, contacts such as phone number, email address, social pages, web sites, etc.
