The term “Service” is used to identify the PanMenu website and applications, available at the following top level domains: panmenu.com and panmenu.app
The term “User” is used to identify the physical person who uses the Service.
The term “Restaurant” is used to identify the legal person such as a restaurant, a shop, etc. that uses the Service.
“You”, “Your” refer to either the User or the Restaurant.
“We”, “Us” refer to the Service.

What data do we collect?
Restaurants
In order to use the Service, a Restaurant must create an account and provide the following (usually public) data: restaurant’s name, address, contacts such as phone number, email address, social pages, web sites, etc.
Users
Users are not required to register to use the Service and, therefore, no personal information is collected. They may be allowed to create an account in order to improve and personalize their experience with the Service.
Both Restaurants and User must provide a valid email address and/or phone number in order to create their account.
How do we collect data?
Users and Restaurants provide the Service with the data that is collected. That occurs when they:
- An account is created.
- A Restaurant is registered.
- Use or view the Service via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
We use personal data according to the existing laws.
The email or phone number provided when creating an account on the Service are used to let the owner manage the account and sign in to the Service. In addition, they may be used for technical or legal communication (e.g. violation of policy, actions to be taken to keep the account safe, etc.).
How do we store your data?
The Service securely stores collected data at Amazon (AWS) data centers in Europe, with state-of-the-art technologies to keep all the data secure and not accessible by unauthorized people. In no case we can be considered liable for unauthorized access, caused by flaws or errors that are out of our control.
The data you provide are stored in a profile, which can be edited through the Service. Website administrators can also see and edit that information (except the password, which is stored encrypted and so, theoretically, not readable, in its unencrypted format, by anyone).
